In his speech, Lin Dingpeng, publisher of Excellence Magazine, first affirmed that the award-winning banking industries stood out in the fierce competition. Nowadays, the global financial turmoil and the challenges of high inflation and interest rate increases, the performance of the banking industry is indeed impressive. Excellence Magazine commissioned the "Shih Hsin University Public Opinion Survey Research Center" to conduct the "2023 Excellence Bank Rating" online survey. This survey targeted general people over the age of 20 in 22 counties and cities across the country. Data were collected through online surveys and 39 domestic banks were selected. Public and private banks and 31 branches of foreign and mainland Chinese banks in Taiwan were divided into three categories: financial holdings, non-financial holdings, and foreign investors for cognitive evaluation. We hope to present the characteristics of Taiwan's banking industry through a detailed online survey and help the public understand high-quality banking teams.
