\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u5207\u65b7\u6ce2\u862d\u8207\u4fdd\u52a0\u5229\u4e9e\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u4f9b\u61c9\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u6b50\u6d32\u8207\u8607\u4fc4\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u95dc\u4fc2\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u60e1\u5316\u3002\u70cf\u4fc4\u6230\u722d\uff0c\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u4ee5\u300c\u4e0d\u53cb\u597d\u570b\u5bb6\u300d\u7b56\u7565\u53cd\u5236\u897f\u65b9\u7d93\u6fdf\u5236\u88c1\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u88ab\u5217\u5165\u540d\u55ae\u4e2d\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u4ee5\u300c\u76e7\u5e03\u300d\u5411\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u516c\u53f8Gazprom\u8cfc\u8cb7\u80fd\u6e90\u3002<\/em><\/p>\n

\u6ce2\u862d\u3001\u4fdd\u52a0\u5229\u4e9e\u906d\u9047\u80fd\u6e90\u4f9b\u61c9\u5207\u65b7\u70ba\u6b50\u6d32\u570b\u5bb6\u9996\u5217<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u6ce2\u862d\u4ee5\u53ca\u4fdd\u52a0\u5229\u4e9e\u653f\u5e9c\u65bc\u9031\u4e8c(26\u65e5)\u6642\uff0c\u5206\u5225\u6536\u5230\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u5de5\u696d\u80a1\u4efd\u516c\u53f8(Gazprom)\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u5c07\u6e96\u5099\u505c\u6b62\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u4f9b\u61c9\uff0c\u6b64\u70ba\u6b50\u6d32\u570b\u5bb6\u4e2d\u906d\u9047\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u5207\u65b7\u80fd\u6e90\u4f9b\u61c9\u7684\u9996\u5217\u6848\u4ef6\u3002\u6b50\u6d32\u7d0440%\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u4f86\u81ea\u65bc\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u5f9e\u4fc4\u570b\u7684\u9032\u53e3\u91cf\u7d041,550\u5104\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\u3002\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u7e3d\u7d71\u666e\u4e01\u7684\u9ed1\u540d\u55ae\u53cd\u5236\u88c1\u63aa\u65bd\u5f15\u767c\u5404\u570b\u8b70\u8ad6\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u63a1\u4ee5\u4fc4\u5e63\u76e7\u5e03\u8cb7\u8ca8\u8005\uff0c\u5c07\u9762\u81e8\u80fd\u6e90\u4e2d\u65b7\u5371\u6a5f\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u5de5\u696d\u767c\u5c55\u8207\u6c11\u751f\u7d93\u6fdf\u7522\u751f\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n

G7\u570b\u5bb6\u8981\u6c42\u672c\u570b\u4f01\u696d\u4e0d\u8981\u4ee5\u76e7\u5e03\u652f\u4ed8\uff0c\u4e26\u8868\u793a\u5df2\u7c3d\u59a5\u7684\u5408\u540c\u9805\u76ee\u662f\u4ee5\u6b50\u5143\u6216\u7f8e\u5143\u8ca8\u5e63\u4f86\u652f\u4ed8\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u57f7\u59d4\u6703\u767c\u8a00\u4eba\u5728\u5e03\u9b6f\u585e\u723e\u8a18\u8005\u6703\u4e0a\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u300c\u9019\u662f\u6211\u5011\u5171\u540c\u7684\u7acb\u5834\u3002\u300d\u7136\u800c\u5fb7\u570b\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6c92\u6709\u4f86\u81ea\u4fc4\u570b\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u80fd\u6e90\uff0c\u5fb7\u570b\u5de5\u696d\u5c07\u9762\u81e8\u91cd\u5927\u640d\u5bb3\uff0c\u81f3\u5c11\u4e09\u5e74\u4ee5\u4e0a\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u624d\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u64fa\u812b\u5c0d\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u4f9d\u8cf4\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4fdd\u52a0\u5229\u4e9e\u4eca\u65e5\u6536\u5230\u4fc4\u65b9\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u5f8c\u7e8c\u5c07\u4e0d\u518d\u63d0\u4f9b\u5929\u7136\u6c23\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u4fdd\u52a0\u5229\u4e9e\u670990%\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u662f\u5f9e\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u5f15\u5165\uff0c\u81ea\u6539\u4ee5\u76e7\u5e03\u652f\u4ed8\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u4fdd\u52a0\u5229\u4e9e\u653f\u5e9c\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u9805\u8981\u6c42\u6709\u9055\u53cd\u73fe\u6709\u63a1\u8cfc\u5408\u7d04\u8a18\u8f09\u800c\u62d2\u7d55\uff0c\u540c\u6a23\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u6ce2\u862d\u4e5f\u662f\u63d0\u51fa\u6539\u4ee5\u76e7\u5e03\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\u9055\u53cd\u4e86\u539f\u672c\u6240\u7c3d\u5c6c\u7684\u5408\u7d04\u7cbe\u795e\uff0c\u7d66\u4e88\u5a49\u62d2\uff0c\u4f46\u76ee\u524d\u4e5f\u540c\u6a23\u6536\u5230\u5c07\u505c\u6b62\u5f9e\u4e9e\u99ac\u723e\u2014\u6b50\u6d32\u7ba1\u9053(Yamal-Europe)\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u80fd\u6e90\u4f9b\u61c9\uff0c\u5169\u570b\u6b63\u5728\u5c0b\u627e\u66ff\u4ee3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u570b\u71df\u55ae\u4f4d\u9010\u6b65\u57f7\u884c\u7e3d\u7d71\u666e\u4e01\u6240\u63d0\u7684\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c31\u662f\u4e0d\u4ee5\u76e7\u5e03\u8ca8\u5e63\u652f\u4ed8\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u5c31\u300c\u5207\u65b7\u4f9b\u61c9\u300d\u7684\u53cd\u5236\u88c1\u6c7a\u7b56\uff0c\u6b50\u76df\u8a8d\u70ba\u540c\u610f\u7528\u76e7\u5e03\u4ed8\u6b3e\u5c07\u9055\u80cc\u7576\u6642\u8981\u5c0d\u8607\u4fc4\u7d93\u6fdf\u5236\u88c1\u7684\u672c\u610f\uff0c\u96d9\u65b9\u5404\u6301\u5df1\u898b\u3002\u4f46\u96a8\u8457\u4ed8\u6b3e\u671f\u9650\u5230\u81e8\uff0c\u6b50\u6d32\u5404\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u4ecd\u7136\u662f\u7121\u6cd5\u9003\u907f\u800c\u5fc5\u9808\u505a\u51fa\u679c\u65b7\u6289\u64c7\uff0c\u5230\u5e95\u662f\u8981\u63a5\u53d7\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u6240\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u65b0\u8ca8\u5e63\u689d\u6b3e\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u8981\u9762\u5c0d\u80fd\u6e90\u914d\u7d66\u88ab\u4e2d\u65b7\u7684\u60e1\u904b?<\/p>\n

\u514b\u91cc\u59c6\u6797\u5bae\u767c\u8a00\u4eba\u4f69\u65af\u79d1\u592b\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u300c\u6c92\u6709\u570b\u5bb6\u6703\u514d\u8cbb\u4f9b\u61c9\u5929\u7136\u6c23\uff0c\u552f\u4e00\u80fd\u505a\u7684\uff0c\u7528\u76e7\u5e03\u652f\u4ed8\u300d<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u4fc4\u570b\u7684\u300c\u4e0d\u53cb\u597d\u570b\u5bb6\u300d\u53cd\u5236\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u6b50\u6d32\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u8655\u5883\u5c8c\u5c8c\u53ef\u5371\uff0c\u570b\u969b\u50f9\u683c\u56e0\u6b64\u4e00\u5ea6\u98c6\u534717%\u3002\u9762\u5c0d\u88ab\u65b7\u6599\u9996\u5217\uff0c\u8377\u862d\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u671f\u8ca8\u4e5f\u98c6\u534724%\uff0c\u514b\u91cc\u59c6\u6797\u5bae\u767c\u8a00\u4eba\u4f69\u65af\u79d1\u592b\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u300c\u6c92\u6709\u570b\u5bb6\u6703\u514d\u8cbb\u4f9b\u61c9\u5929\u7136\u6c23\uff0c\u552f\u4e00\u80fd\u505a\u7684\uff0c\u7528\u76e7\u5e03\u652f\u4ed8\u300d\uff0c\u300c\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u63a5\u53d7\u4ee5\u76e7\u5e03\u4ed8\u6b3e\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u6062\u5fa9\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u4f9b\u61c9\u300d\uff0c\u6d88\u606f\u91cb\u51fa\uff0c\u52d5\u61be\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u6b50\u6d32\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u50f9\u683c\u6301\u7e8c\u5674\u6f32\uff0c\u622a\u7a3f\u81f3\u4eca\uff0c\u6b50\u6d32\u4e3b\u8981\u570b\u5bb6\u5c0d\u6b64\u4ecd\u7136\u7121\u4efb\u4f55\u8a55\u8ad6\u767c\u8868\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5f9e\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u5207\u65b7\u6ce2\u862d\u8207\u4fdd\u52a0\u5229\u4e9e\u7684\u793a\u8b66\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u5f88\u96e3\u9054\u6210\u59a5\u5354\u3002\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u516c\u53f8Gazprom\u9084\u5c0d\u6ce2\u862d\u8207\u4fdd\u52a0\u5229\u4e9e\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u8b66\u544a\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60f3\u5f9e\u4e2d\u622a\u53d6\u904b\u5f80\u5176\u4ed6\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6c23\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u904e\u5883\u7684\u4f9b\u61c9\u8def\u7dda\u5c07\u53e6\u53d6\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n

\u53f0\u7063\u662f\u5c6c\u65bc\u6d77\u5cf6\u578b\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u5929\u7136\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u4f9b\u7d66\u591a\u6578\u662f\u4ef0\u8cf4\u9032\u53e3\uff0c\u6839\u64da2018\u5e74\u6db2\u5316\u5929\u7136\u6c23<\/a>\u9032\u53e3\u8cc7\u6599\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u53f0\u7063\u7684\u8ca8\u6e90\u5206\u5225\u53d6\u81f3\u65bc\u4e94\u5927\u5730\u5340\uff0c\u5982\u5361\u9054<\/a>\u3001\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u3001\u99ac\u4f86\u897f\u4e9e<\/a>\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9e\u4ee5\u53ca\u5df4\u5e03\u4e9e\u7d10\u5e7e\u5167\u4e9e<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8607\u4fc4\u662f\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u5929\u7136\u6c23\u51fa\u53e3\u570b\uff0c\u4f4e\u5ec9\u7684\u80fd\u6e90\u50f9\u683c\u7121\u6cd5\u53d6\u4ee3<\/strong><\/h2>\n
